Goldilocks and the three bears

Once upon a time, the Teddy Bear family lived in a large forest, close to a village.

Father bear was very big. Mother bear was middle size,

Only Baby Bear was normal as a Teddy Bear.

Each bear had their own sized bed.

Father Bear's bed was nice and large.

Mother Bear's bed was comfortable and medium size.

Baby Bear's bed was small.

It was given from Father Besr's beaver friends.

By the fireplace, there were three chairs.

A long carved chair for Father Bear, a blue velvet armchair for Mother Bear,

and a little plastic chair for Baby Bear.

On the kitchen table, three bowls were laid.

A large one for Father Bear, a smaller one for Mother Bear,

and a little bowl for Baby Bear.

Neighbors were all respectful to Father Bear,

They raised their hats when Father Bear passed by.

Mother Bear had many friends.

She visited them in the afternoon.

She exchanged good recipes for jam.

But Baby Bear had no friends.

This was because he was mean and liked to win games all the time.

Not far away, there lived a little girl.

She had a similar nature to Baby Bear.

Baby Bear often asked her to play together.

But she always side no.

One day, Mother Bear made a good pudding. She said to the family,

"The pudding has to be cool. Otherwise, it won't taste right.

It will take an hour. Let's go and visit the beaver's new baby.

They will be pleased to see us."

Babt Bear wanted to have the pudding, warm or not,

but he liked the idea of meeting the new baby.

"Everyone at the beavers" will be very busy now and we must not stay too long."

The bear family started off along the river bank. A short time later,

the little girl named Goldilocks passed by the Taddy Bears' house.

"Oh, this is the ugly bears' house!"

"I am going to peep inside. It won't be pretty like my house.

But I want to see the place where Baby Bear lives."

Knock! Knock! Goldilocks knocked the door.

Knock! Knock! No sound.  "Anyone home?"

She called, peering the door.

Then she want into the empty house and went to the kitchen.

"A pudding!"  She found the Mother Bear's pudding.

She dipped her finger into the pudding and tasted it.

"Delicious!" She murmured. Then she spooned it from Baby Bear's bowl.

In a moment, the bowl was empty and the table was messy.

Goldilocks kept exploring the house with a full tummy.

"Hmm... this must be Baby Bear's. I will sit on it for a while."

Goldilocks sat onto the little chair.

Suddenly, her weight broke the chair leg.

Goldilocks crashed to the floor.

She was a bit surprised but soon she got up and went upstairs.

She found the Baby Bear's bed.

"Mm, quite comfortable!" She said, bouncing on it.

"It's not as nice as mine, but close!" Then she yawned.

"I think I will lie down for a minute. I just want to try the bed."

Goldilocks fell asleep.

In the mean time, the bears were on their way home.

"Wasn't the beaver baby so small?"

"Was I as tiny as the beaver baby?"

"Almost." Mother Bear replied.

From a distance, Father Bear saw that the door was open.

"Hurry!" he cried. "Someone is in our house!"

The hungry and angry Father Bear rushed into the house.

"I knew it! Somebody ate up the pudding."

"Somebody has broken my chair!"

cried Baby Bear. "Where is the thief?"

They ran upstairs and tiptoed to Baby Bear's bed.

Goldilocks was sound asleep. Baby Bear poked her toe.

"Where am I?" The little girl was waking up with a start.

She jumped out of the bed and run down the stairs.

"Get away! Away from that house!"

She told herself. But Baby Bear called her from the door.

"Don't run away!  Come back! I forgive you.

Come and play with me!"

From that day, rude and arrogant Goldilocks became a good girl.

She bacame friends with Baby Bear and often visited his house.

She invited him to her house.

They became real good friends.
