These days, I'm very interested in cooking.
Today, I want to tell you how to make bibimbap.
It’s one of Korea's traditional foods,
and I would like to introduce you to bibimbap.
It can be made with various kinds of vegetables,
and a special sauce called gochujang.
I heard many foreigners love bibimbap a lot,
because it's a very healthy food, and also it’s quite tasty.
With bibimbap, you can add any vegetables you want to.
I usually add a fried egg on top of it,
A fried egg makes it better and more nutritious.
It’s almost a perfect meal, and that's why I love to make it.
Now let me tell you how I prepare bibimbap.
If you look here you can see all the vegetables:
carrots, bean sprouts, spinach, mushrooms,
and, my favorite thing, a fried egg.
Next I'm most excited to show you my mom’s special homemade gochujang.
It helps make the bibimbap taste even better.
Okay, so now we're going to make it.
Here is a bowl of rice, let's put in all the vegetables,
and last, let’s put in one or two spoonfuls of gochujang.
Be careful, though, because too much gochujang can make your stomach hurt.
In that case, just try to drink a cup of water,
and it will reduce your stomach pain.
Now that the bibimbap is finished,
It's best to use chopsticks to mix all the ingredients.
